How does Pulpmaster work?
The Pulpmaster 6000 converts food waste into a pulp slurry which transfers through to a specially designed holding tank. Our fleet of tankers vacuum the pulped organic slurry from the holding tank and transport your organic waste for recycling. Organic pulped food waste is recycled in our bio-digester and converted into both green electricity and fertilizer pellets. This reduces waste to landfill and converts Pulpmaster waste into two extremely useful resources.
The Pulpmaster food waste management process
From the moment you press the cycle button, all of your solid and liquid organic waste is transformed into pulp and transferred into the holding tank within a matter of seconds. This rapid action distinguishes Pulpmaster from other food waste disposal systems. Our single click process is much easier and significantly less time-consuming than emptying kitchen bins throughout the working day and taking them to a skip or bin outdoors at risk of injury. Naturally, this system also eliminates the need for food waste to end up in any type of container which can be overturned by visiting vermin, create unpleasant odours, or become an on-site source of harmful bacteria. Hotel food waste, for example, can be removed to the holding tanks at regular intervals without relying on municipality rubbish collection days or providing an unsightly or badly smelling environment for staff and guests alike. Supermarket waste unsuitable for price reduction or donation can, thanks to Pulpmaster, become a valuable source of biofuel or fertiliser. Entire shopping centres can take advantage of the Hercules system, sharing environmentally-friendly, rapid, hygienic and safe technology. By turning Australia into a food waste recycling machine, we not only satisfy our corporate and environmental responsibility, we create two products that play similarly important roles in both the manufacturing process life cycle of healthy, organic crops. A complete win-win situation.
