Confident operators from day one
Everyone who uses the machine is trained by us
Personnel who use the Pulpmaster system are provided with training and user reference resources so they are confident with the machine and the processes around it.
Pulpmaster provides initial training sessions for Pulpmaster 6100 operators and facilities staff. Operating instructions are supplied in written form, together with laminated instructions to mount on the wall beside the machine. These list, with pictures, the solid and liquid foods that can and cannot be processed.
On-site induction
Hands-on training at your machine for kitchen operators and facilities staff, covering loading, Auto Start, the self-cleaning cycle and what the LCD display means.
Written procedures
Operating instructions in written form for your kitchen manual and new-starter inductions.
Laminated wall guides
Picture guides for the wall beside the machine: what goes in (fruit and veg, plate scrapings, rice and pasta, coffee grounds, dairy, meat and seafood, cooked chicken) and what stays out (shells, corn husks, pineapple tops, gloves, plastics, metal, crockery, glass).
Service support
Our technicians tune water use and cycle settings to your kitchen, and the Service Team is on call if anything jams or shows an error.
